You will both receive entirely bespoke and personlised workouts based on your own ability, experience and fitness levels. During your personal training journey you will not only feel better within yourself physically and mentally, but you will also improve your movement patterns and posture.

You will learn the correct techniques of many movements safely, while developing strength and muscle definition.

At least every month your training programme will be advanced dependant on the progress you have made.

The Discipline belief for food is all around flexible eating. We will work with both of you to create entirely personalised nutritional plans with specified macros based off the foods YOU decide you want included.

We will guide you every step of the way as you work towards your goals and educate you on all aspects of flexible eating and nutrition to ensure you are able to sustain your amazing results once the programme has been completed.

Diets do not exist at Discipline. Instead we focus on flexible eating which allows our clients to enjoy their food, working around social lives and occasions, while maintaining a level of discipline which allows you to reach your goal weight in a sustainable manner.

Accountability and Support
