Anton

Anton Kostalas is one of our co-founders and lead coach at Discipline.

Anton has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and has a degree in Sport and Exercise Science.

No matter how many qualifications you achieve, Anton believes putting yourself through the process of anything in order to know how it actually feels is the most efficient way in order to know if it is worthwhile. Anton has competed in fitness modelling since 2017 and has recently achieved World Champion status in 2019 with Miami Pro and Pure Elite.

He has put himself through the process of losing body fat and building muscle in many different ways and has concluded that sustainability and adherence in order to achieve the physique you want is so important in being able to achieve long-lasting results.

Mindset and community are two of the most important factors when it comes to building a physique for anyone. Thinking like a winner and programming your mindset to think positively, taking on every obstacle that arises is a challenge to yourself. Family and friends will be the second important factor, as you will need to be disciplined and learn that the food you put in your mouth will determine the results for the short and long term

Natasha

Natasha Kostalas has been weight training for 8 years. After her physical and mental health took its toll in her previous career as a teacher of 10 years, she found the love of lifting and began training with her sibling Anton. 

Natasha underwent a muscle building phase for about 2 years, learning all the fundamentals of strength training and nutrition. 

Her passion soon led her to competing in Miami Pro and Pure Elite in 2019, placing 5th and 4th in 2 of her categories. 

Having been an individual who once allowed stress and an inactive lifestyle to affect her physical and mental health, Natasha loves helping women and men build confidence in not only achieving the body they have always wanted but incorporating lifestyle changes to maintain that physique for life, whether fat loss or muscle/strength building. Having done both phases, Natasha maintains to live and breathe training and relishes in helping others to achieve what they once believed to be impossible.

Charlotte

Charlotte Melville has been a personal trainer for over 7 years and focuses on helping woman improve their relationship with food and helps educate them on the incredibly benefits strength training can have on the female body. With a strong focus on body transformations, Charlotte has overseen some incredible life transformations of her online clients and is driven to helping as many women as possible be the very best versions of themselves.

"I believe strongly in educating clients as much as possible during the journey to reach their goals, I will never dictate to a client what they need to do without explaining why. I believe each client requires a different personalised approach in order to work through their barriers & ensure they are successful in reaching their goals.

When it comes to nutrition I am extremely passionate and will always preach a flexible approach that will ensure clients learn along the way, as well as understand how to maintain their results long term by making it a lifestyle change not just a short term fix.

Whoever you may be, whether you are experienced in weight training or a beginner,  I will ensure your program sees you go from strength to strength, I love nothing more than when I see a client hit a performance goal we have set for them and the long term benefits of training with me."
