By following our 3 Phase programme you will learn how to strength train correctly, whilst following a plan that allows you to ENJOY the foods you want whilst still achieving results. A Disciplined approach

You will receive entirely bespoke and personlised workouts based on your own ability, experience and fitness levels. During your personal training journey you will not only feel better within yourself physically and mentally, but you will also improve your movement patterns and posture.

You will learn the correct techniques of many movements safely, while developing strength and muscle definition.

At least every month your training programme will be advanced dependant on the progress you have made.

Nutrition plan

The Discipline belief for food is all around flexible eating. We will work with you to create an entirely personalised nutritional plan with specified macros based off the foods YOU decide you want included.

We will guide you every step of the way as you work towards your goal and educate you on all aspects of flexible eating and nutrition to ensure you are able to sustain your amazing results once the programme has been completed.
